To delete a Google account, follow the directions below.
- Log into Google.
- Hover the cursor over your name and click Account Settings from the dropdown list.
- On the Google Accounts Profile window, click Edit next to My Products.
- Under Delete Account, click the link that says "Close account and delete all services and info associated with it."
- On the next window, put checkmarks in all of the boxes next to the various Google products, and put checkmarks in the boxes stating that you want to delete your account and that you acknowledge that you are still responsible for any charges incurred. Then type your password and click Delete Google Account.
- The next window will indicate that your account has been deleted.
